According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, George was involved in a crash along Dixie Highway near Trent Avenue at approximately 7:42 a.m. Authorities with the Louisville Metro Police Department reported that he was driving a pickup truck southbound when it collided with the rear of a utility bucket truck.
